Video: Fresno Harp Circle Performing Flight of the Mountain Bluebird

Kathyrn Johnsen from the Fresno Harp Circle in California sent me a lovely video of her ensemble performing one of my harp trios. They were performing for the Fresno Respite by the River which is a monthly event with music and poetry. Kathryn told me this month's theme was nature and so they chose to play my Flight of the Mountain Bluebird. I think they did a lovely job and I'm sure the audience felt like they were in heaven.

Another exciting event is coming up for the Fresno Harp Circle in October 2016 when they will record an hour long video for CMAC-TV.  Part of the harp circle's program will include two of my pieces: Flight of the Mountain Bluebird and Summer Lullaby which was originally a free solo harp piece but through collaboration with Ohio harpist, Barb Fackler, it is also available as a duet.  I hope to post Fresno Harp Circle's program or at least my two songs so check back after October! But for now, please enjoy a preview of the Fresno Harp Circle performing on June 8, 2016 for the Fresno Respite by the River:
