TEXT:
Verse 1.
He was rejected by men, cast away
But in the sight of God, he was chosen.
Jesus Christ, the living stone
His sacrifice was our salvation.
Verse 2.
Here is my servant, said God, whom I delight
And he will bring justice to the nations.
Jesus Christ, the living stone
No other can be our foundation.
For it was said a stone was laid in Zion
And we know this cornerstone by name.
For whoever will trust in Jesus' name
Will never be put to shame.
Chorus:
Let us lay this stone with our hearts and prayers
May it fortify the wisdom of our home.
And may the Lord take our ordinary lives
To make us a living stone.
So let us offer sacrifices from the spirit
In the name of the one who paid the price.
May they all be accepted by the Lord, our God
For they're given in the name of Jesus Christ.
Chorus:
So let us lay this stone with our hearts and prayers
May it fortify the wisdom of our home.
And may the Lord take our ordinary lives
To make us a living stone, a living stone.
Coda:
And as we join him in this priesthood of the holy
To worship in the spirit of his home.
And may the Lord take our ordinary lives
To make us a living stone.
