Based on my arrangement for Tenor Voice with Wind Instruments and Piano. This 4-page arrangement starts with an unusual opening of the hymn in 3/4 time and changes to the more traditional 4/4 time on the choruses. Most of the arrangement is in F Major (1 flat) with no lever or pedal changes but then modulates to Bb Major in the 3rd verse. With a lever harp, the modulation is done easily by flipping only 3 Eb levers over 6 measures.  There are also a couple of glissandi in the piece.
